"I'm just going to say it; this place IS the best pizza in Jonesboro. I've had 4 different pizzas from here and all have been excellent. To give context, I've tried 8 different pizza places in town and Marcos beats them all. My wife feels the same way. The service is always fast and quick to deliver. They've never messed up an order and are friendly the two times we picked up. Can't say much for ambiance since we hardly go In. Today I tried the thick crust Philly cheese steak and it was great. I probably will stick with original crust going forward to save calories since it's just as good! Highly recommend."

"Giving two stars because the food is fine, but just had a VERY unsaisfactory customer sevice experience. I had ordered contactless delivery and was waiting nearly an hour so I called to check the status of my order. I was not rude or angry, just wanted to inquire.I spoke to a somewhat pushy man who claimed to be a supervisor insisting it had already been dropped off. Instead of placing me on hold to resolve the issue, he was just yelling at his delivery driver across the store. He told me according to the driver it had been left at the front door, but upon checking it had been left at my back door AND off to the side so I wouldn 't have seen it looking out the window I had to actually go around to the back of my house. When I said to the supervisor Ok I did find the food at my back door. He gave me a very monotone ok great. and immediately hung up without offering so much as an apology.This wasn 't a huge deal, but the entire tone of the phone call was EXTREMELY off-putting. I most likely will not be going back to this location if I 'm being honest."

"The wings and boneless wings could use a bit more crispiness, which seems to be a common issue with many places—especially when ordering for delivery. This has become an expected norm with delivered wings. There are a few tables for dining in, but unless you visit during off-peak hours, it can get a bit cramped with people waiting in line or hanging around while you try to enjoy your meal. The owner and a few long-time staff members are very pleasant to deal with. However, I’ve noticed that most of the frequently changing crew don’t even acknowledge a generous tip placed in the jar, which seems to be a common issue in many larger chain establishments. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is. This particular location often runs specials and it’s significantly cheaper if you opt for pickup instead of delivery. Enjoy your pizza!"

"I ordered the execution dish, and it was freshly made when I inquired about it. Since it was our first time here, we were unsure what to expect based on some of the reviews. However, our experience turned out to be fantastic. We started with a hot comb, and we also had a massive pizza with the original crust, which was incredibly large and generously topped. The cheese bread came with a variety of dipping sauces, which was a nice touch."

"This is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, pizzas in town, and the staff is fantastic. One day, after a long day at work, I ordered a pizza and fell into such a deep sleep that I didn't hear the doorbell or my phone ringing—not even enough to wake up. When I finally woke up, I noticed I had a missed call. I returned the call and was met with such kindness; they were happy to hear that I was okay. To my surprise, they even brought the pizza back to me! Most places wouldn’t go to such lengths!"

"I got there 45 minutes before they close and the person who was taking the orders told me that they were about to close and the bar area was not working. Awful service to the customer. Basically they didn't want to work and give good service to the customers."
