"The new expanded menu and decor at Madison’s is really great. It’s now Madison’s St8 Street Bistro and they offer more choices for those in my family that don’t appreciate Chef Dan Stackpoole’s artistry. There are a LOT of lower “Bistro” priced options. You need to go try the new menu. Thankful there are still some “Madison’s” specials like Beef Wellington, baked Brie and stuffed salmon were available when we were there. Chef Dan has updated comfort food items like chicken biscuits, pork tenderloin, wings, burgers and his pasta is ALWAYS incredible. Dan can make even the basic burger seem very special. Thankful that we have such an incredible chef and restaurant in the area. I’m also excited that they are open for lunch and dinner now. We will be there even more often than before."
