"My husband's family often visits this charming family-owned Indian restaurant and has always been impressed by the service and food. The atmosphere was quiet on a Tuesday night, and the interior was much more attractive than the exterior would suggest. We started with the puffed rice (bhei poori) and asked for a mild recommendation for a second appetizer. Our server suggested the tangi eggplant, which was deliciously crunchy with tamarind sauce. The bhei poori had a medium spice level, but was still enjoyable. I ordered the dal fry with less spice to accommodate my plant-based diet, and it was perfect. We shared the tikka masala, creamy veggie dish, and saag paneer, along with naan and basmati rice. The portions were generous, and we ended up taking the leftovers home. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the server's help in navigating the extensive menu. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, as is common in Indian cuisine."
