"We ordered espresso and a dessert to share, aiming to finish before heading to the theater in a little over 20 minutes. The espresso arrived after we reminded our more experienced waiter, but unfortunately, the dessert didn't come out. It seemed to take longer than expected. I’m unsure why it would take 20 minutes, especially if they hadn’t frozen it at the last minute.
When we asked for the bill, it was clear we needed to leave, so we requested to remove the dessert from the total. After a little over 20 minutes, we finally decided to leave, and our original waiter kindly handed me a bag with my dessert inside. I appreciated it since I had a large handbag to store it in.
Aside from the issues with the dessert, we truly enjoyed our meal and the overall experience at Serafina and would definitely return. It felt like an off day for us and not the usual experience one might have."
