"You will see my previous review below, where I left 5 stars because I've never had an issue with this location...until tonight. Not trying to be a Karen, but it wasn't good. My husband and I eat here on almost a weekly basis, like I said, never really had problems before. Well, we're very unhappy with the food we received tonight. We work in Cabot but live 45+ minutes away. We stop here and get food otw home. Tonight, we bought a 4pc mozzarella stick, a classic roast beef sandwich, and a small curly fry. I'll start with the roast beef. My husband said it was the skimpiest sandwich he's ever gotten anywhere. Three paper thin pieces of meat, flat as a pancake. On top of that, the meat was dry and just didn't taste good, his words. My fries were the worst part. They were hard as rocks, and so burnt that I couldn't even bite into them. Every single one of them were burnt to a crisp. Tasted horrible. When I crushed one in my hand, it crumbled to dust. Completely inedible. The cheese sticks were the only thing that was even halfway decent. I don't feel like we got what we paid for. We live so far away, by the time we got home, there was no way to go back and have it fixed. Really unacceptable. At other places, I always check my food before leaving just to make sure it's good, which we did glance inside the bag to make sure everything was there, and it was. But, since we'd never had an issue here, didn't expect this poor of quality. I hope this gets resolved, when it does I'll restore my previous, positive review. I have pics and video of the food we received, and a receipt, if they're needed. Previous review: Arby's is awesome!! Love it!! Food is always fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced for the quality. Staff is awesome here, on point."
