"What a wonderful find! Close to Lake a Jackson and beautiful Freeport Beach. Dido’s is a great restaurant with a stunning view. They offer paddleboat cruises as well. The owners are Fred and Nancy. They are the sweetest and nicest people you could ever meet. The food is awesome. Fresh seafood and sides and homemade ingredients including desserts. Most have the fresh shrimp and must have the banana pudding! It’s worth the trip there. Or plan a trip and have some fun in Lake Jackson or Freeport but don’t forget to go to Dido’s and get some fantastic food and hang out with some great people. They also have live bands on many weekends. The patio is big and comfortable and screened in. We Love this place. Will be back again and again!"
