"I usually receive excellent service at this restaurant, and I typically spend between $30 and $50 per order for two people. However, tonight I placed an order totaling $67, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. I was missing a soup and a main dish. When I called to inform them of the missing items, they acknowledged their mistake but told me I would have to return to pick them up. By that time, we had already been out, returned home, sat down for dinner, and realized what was missing. Going back out to get the food would mean interrupting our half-eaten meal. Their response was simply dismissive. We paid for food we never received, and we usually order from them at least twice a month. This experience really isn't worth it. I'm considering going to Crystal River for better service instead. I had thought we could rely on this place in Beverly Hills, but I was clearly mistaken—they didn’t even offer to credit us for their error. From now on, I’ll travel elsewhere and stop recommending this restaurant to my friends."
