"Reservations were made online, we arrived about 10 minutes early. A young man greeted me, I told him my reservation and went to clean off a table for my party. A woman asked if we had been helped and I said that we have and a table was being cleaned off for us and that we were the reservation for 12:45. The woman said You 're early and we have two tables ahead of you. I was not sure how to reply to that statement since I did not think it was necessary to patronize a customer for being early and to tell me that we have to wait for other people, when we have a reservation. It would be one thing to tell us that it would be a few minutes to get a table cleared off, but that was not the case. The young man returned and seated us. Kudos to him for actually being customer service oriented. I know the lunch rush is hectic there, but it was a going away work lunch for a coworker 's last day, the food was good, but we waited nearly an hour for it, and one of my coworkers did not get a beverage for over 20 minutes. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I think it would be helpful to understand that if you are going to introduce reservations, that they should be treated as reservations."
