"This place is horrible so unprofessional and raising the price!!! First we don't like pizza Hut, but we had a guest that does, and since we live in walk-in distance, we called in the order we picked it up. The guy that answered the phone was nice andgave us the specials. We took 1 special: 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings, each pizza $9.99. Also ordered a mini cheese pizza $6and 6pc chicken wings. We got to Pizza Hut and they tell us our bill is $45?? When we asked why, some woman there got rude andwould NOT adjust the price and said there was no special, and each pizzas is $17.99 that's the price. Pizza Hut, you have nastyfood, aside from that invest in proper training for your employees, your customer service is horrible!!! You have a guy givingwrong information over the phone. Then you gave a very rude woman immediately with attitude as if we were at fault. Thehonorable thing to do would have been to honor the sales price at $9.99 each, but instead you have an ignorant woman with anattitude arguing with us. We walked away that's fine, but you will never again have our business!!! It's not the money, it's The principal."
