I distinctly remember seeing smoked eels hanging at one of the vendor stands. They resembled snakes but had a fantastic smoky aroma that I found irresistible. My mom bought one, and that flavor has stayed with me ever since. The only issue is that it's challenging to find a place that sells smoked eels. Does anyone know if there are vendors at NorthEast Market or perhaps Lexington Market that sell smoked eels, not the canned variety?"
