"I'm sorry to say that my experience with two of the African American male employees was quite disappointing. One of them seems quite young, while the other comes across as unfriendly. Whenever I place my order with him, he appears miserable, as if I'm ruining his day, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, my orders are often poorly assembled and not filled to the top when he prepares them.
I sincerely hope that the owners, whom I met during a previous visit, take note of this review. There is a significant need for improvement in both customer service and food preparation at this location. After today's unsatisfactory experience, I'm uncertain when I might return—especially if things remain the same."
