"They have pretty good buffet. But this last time (July 2024) the roast beef and chicken was just with a funny taste. The grease in some of it was just weird. It has been better but this last time. Me and my friend just wasn't all that thrilled. It was his first time, he liked some of it but he said he wouldn't go back. Our server was good she even got my fruit cuz the fruit on the buffet had pineapple in and I am not allowed that, so I did appreciate that. But was disappointed this time with their food. Alot of it had a weird after taste to it. I don't know if I will go back there based on this. I was not feeling well all nite after we ate there on the 20th of July. And their selection could be a bit better. I always like their rolls though."

"I was disappointed to find that some of the food I expected to be hot or at least warm was actually cold. While there was an okay selection, I wish there had been more variety. The service, on the other hand, was good - our server was prompt in clearing our dishes and keeping our drinks filled. The fried shrimp was delicious, but the fruit bar was only average with discolored and unpleasant tasting peaches. The interior of the restaurant was dingy and dirty. Overall, I would give the service a rating of 4 out of 5, the food a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 2 out of 5. This would be a good spot for a lunch outing, with prices per person ranging from $1 to $10. Recommended dishes include the Egg Drop Soup. Parking options include free street parking."

"I will absolutely never return to this restaurant. I ordered delivery over the phone and experienced the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. When I asked the representative to repeat my order to ensure accuracy, she practically yelled at us. Changing one item seemed like an inconvenience for her. I placed my order at 5:37 PM and was told it would take 20-30 minutes to arrive, but now it’s 6:24 PM. I called 18 times before they finally picked up (the line was not busy; it just went through). When I asked about the status, I was told the order was on the way. A 35-minute delivery should not be a problem if it’s what they offer!"

"we came to lancaster for a game and wanted a nice restaurant for dinner. our waterglasses sat empty until a waiter from another area came by and asked if we wish to refill. the appetizer arrived before our cocktails and this is after we had to repeat our cocktail order to our waitress. some of the foods were terrible. the granatapfellachs had no granatapfel and the main rib was burned and leathery while the creamy spinat was cold. for $100 we expected better service and eat! we will neither recommend nor will we be back."

"On June 24, 2022, I visited the restaurant and was surprised to find that they no longer offered a buffet. When I asked why, the employee, who was wearing multiple masks, explained that they wanted to minimize the risk of spreading illness. I couldn't help but laugh at the situation. Perhaps it's time for them to consider changing the name of their restaurant if they are still fearful of catching a common cold."
