"I have been going to this locations for years. I always go on Cinco de Mayo for a prickly pear margarita, chips/salsa and tacos. My last visit was awful. I sat in the bar area, where I usually sit. After getting my drink I was completely ignored by waitstaff. NO ONE bothered to ask how my drink was, would I like some chips/to order food, water NADA, NADA, NADA! They were not busy so that was not the excuse. So I decided after I finished my margarita to sit a bit longer just to see if anyone would check on me. NOPE!! An hour passed and I told the manager how disappointed I was and left."
