"Our family of five recently dined at this restaurant, ordering four adult entrees and one children's meal, along with ice cream for everyone. We left with a hefty bill for food that was lackluster and served lukewarm, coupled with poor service. The appetizers arrived alongside the main courses, and one plate had just ten french fries—are we facing a shortage? Our waitress neglected to check on us throughout the meal. When one of the kids accidentally spilled a drink, we ended up cleaning it up ourselves. It was particularly disappointing that when one of the children ordered the Veterans Day special, they refused to honor it simply because my husband, a veteran, did not order it. It's disheartening to see such a lack of support for veterans. This was our second disappointing experience at this location, and we won't be returning."
