"Referring to the store at 192 Ohio River Blvd, Leetsdale, PA 15056. This place is an abomination to pizza joe's name. The food i ordered from this establishment which was a chicken wedgie. I ended up with salmonella poisoning. When talking to the store. I was refused a refund. So i havent ordered from them in a whie. Now The owner refuses to deliver to certain addresses. Due to discriminatory reasons. Talked to a few people who know this owner. If you reside in predominantly low income areas, they refuse service. This is disgusting....... "The first thing you notice is these are pre-made pizza crusts/shels. Our order for a lage pizza was quite small. No more than a medium. The price is large. The sausage was tasty. I noticed later I was charged for using a debit card. I was never informed that there was a charge. There is no shortage of very good pizzerias in this area. Most family owned. I'd suggest you pick one and go there. If you want this type pizza try little Cesar's they are half the price and certainly as good. Maybe better. This place didn't make an impression that would in courage me to return and I won't."

"I've heard from my mother, grandmother, and aunt about how good this specific pizza Joe's is and I have to agree. I've tried from a few other locations and none of them killed it like these guys. Service was fast and solid and everything I tried was delicious tie for my favorite pizza between the veggie pizza and the specialty pizza they had that day. This location is about 4 and a half hours away from me, but I'll definitely be stopping here 1-2 times a year just to get a taste of it."

"We got 2 pizzas, one Poorman's and a briar hill. However, they called back after I placed the order and they wanted to confirm what kind of Briar Hill Pizza. There was only one on the menu -it specified Parmesan cheese and sauce only. They asked if we wanted regular peppers or banana peppers (I realize briar hill can have peppers, but the menu didn't mention it). When we got home, the briar hill also had mozzarella, so it ended up being a cheese pizza instead of Briar Hill. Other times I've gotten pizza here it's been great, but this particular experience was a bit odd."

"I ordered from this restaurant earlier this week and picked it up. The location is pleasant, clean, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. My order was ready right on time. The service was good, and the pizza was fantastic! The crust was light, and the sauce had a nice spicy kick—definitely a refreshing twist compared to the usual Youngstown style. My wife and I shared a meatball sub, which was also excellent. The meatballs were juicy, the Italian bread was perfectly toasted, and the sauce was delicious. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!"

"Every time I'm in town, I look forward to visiting Pizza Joe’s. It's truly the best pizza I've ever had. I always end up getting two pizzas because I can’t resist! "We always get the veggie pizza but the location on 5th st, in Struthers Ohio doesn't put a lot of ranch sauce on the pizza so it tends to be a little dry. We usually order from the one in Champion, Ohio but we order from the Struthers location when visiting family. Parking: They have plenty of parking at the Struthers, Ohio location as well as a drive-thru but the location in Champion, Ohio doesn't have a drive-thru but does offer plenty of parking."

"Ordered a pizza and added pepperoni for extra money and received it with no pepperoni. Of course my kids ate a few slices before we noticed that it wasn’t under the sauce like usual so when we called there was no option on fixing it because we couldn’t return the entire pizza to get it fixed. Good way to lose a customer. Could not even offer as much as maybe a $5 coupon or something for the next order to make up for a mistake. Poor management and decision making."

As someone with years of experience in food service management, I am always impressed by a well-run restaurant where guests leave happy and satisfied. On this particular evening, the franchise owner went above and beyond by working behind the line to ensure everything ran smoothly. It's not often you see a franchise owner getting their hands dirty in the kitchen, especially during a busy shift. This level of passion for the business and care for the staff really stood out to me. Even the employee who took my order was eager to chat about the owner and my food was served promptly. If this is the kind of service we can expect at this location, I will definitely be back. Thank you."

"I am a traveler staying at a hotel 1.5 miles away. I could have chosen multiple pizza parlors closer to me, but chose Pizza Joe 's due to its positive online review score. I have experience making pizzas while working at a quality Italian restaurant on the Pacific Coast. I ordered a small Hawaiian 1/2 jalapeno personal size pizza and got it to go . The cost was in excess of $15. Upon returning to my hotel room, I opened the pizza box and was immediately disappointed. I initially thought they had given me the wrong order, as it only appeared to be a cheese pizza with 9 slices of jalapeños on top...Upon closer observation, I saw the finely chopped pineapple and ham sparingly dispersed on top. Let me reiterate: the ham and pineapple were nearly imperceptible. Although the red sauce was plentiful and zesty, there was plenty of melted cheese and the crust was soft and yeasty, it didn 't mitigate my overall disappointment at the lack of toppings. Clearly the business is cutting corners in this area. For this reason, I 'm out. I won 't give it a good score, nor will I recommend getting a pizza here based on this singular disapponting experience."
