"She had asked me several times to write a review and I just thought, do you really want me to with your lack of business professionalism, but after this last time I felt like I had to do this. The other partner in West Hollywood is aware of this on going issue; I have arrived at the Sherman Oaks store to see it closed at least half a dozen times during business hours, some of the times there's been a sign on the door saying something about a family emergency. I tried calling each time and there was no answer, I should have known better than to just show up. I call everytime I just head over there because I never know if she's going to be there or not. I think they should at least have a recording on days they don't open to let the public know. The only reason I keep getting my water from there is because their alkaline water doesn't taste good at the alkaline water I've tried at other places and my body does feel the difference between alkaline water and other water. For now I went to Costco and bought a few cases of their alkaline water because theirs does taste good."
