"What an amazing experience at Sunday Bangin' Brunch! We had a 2:30 PM reservation for my friend's birthday, but initially, we didn’t realize that we couldn’t enter until the noon crowd had left. Unfortunately, the security staff didn’t inform us of this. When we finally got inside, the woman at the front was quite rude. Thankfully, another host, a Hispanic lady, recognized how unwelcoming her coworker was and kindly explained the situation to us. The front staff could really use some customer service training; her attitude and eye-rolling might drive customers to nearby restaurants (she's holding the sign next to Star in the photo). As we made our way to the venue, we passed several restaurants and bars trying to attract us as well.
Despite the rough start, our experience improved significantly once we got to our table. Our waiter, Star, was incredible! She truly lived up to her name and deserves a raise. Whenever I needed more water, she was quick to respond, even with the brunch being sold out at this time. My French Toast did take a while to arrive, but it was absolutely delicious!
The twerk contest was a highlight, and the bottle service for my friend's birthday was fantastic. The MCs interacted with us and added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a blast! Just try to overlook the rude staff at the front and the less-than-helpful security; I promise you’ll have a wonderful time! The music was also fantastic—starting with reggae, then transitioning to hip-hop and some 90s R&B. The vibe was definitely on point!"
