"My wife and I enjoyed coming here for years until last year when we both got sick after eating there. Today, a year later, we decided to give them a second chance after reading reviews and checking heath inspection reports which were good. We ordered our 2 sandwiches on plain begals which came with a side and was a bit shocked at the high price. I don't fault them for Joe's inflation. After all the food we ate there in the past deserved to be a premium. It was thatgood and worth it. We took the order to go and came home only to discover that one slice of a bagel on our sandwich was black, hard, and uneatable. We did not order it toasted. It looked like plastic fell on it during the baking processbut I don't know for sure what it was. So, I threw it out. We inspected the rest of our food and it looked OK. It was just that one slice. Hopefully the owner/management will read this and better inspect their bagels in the future. We arenow a bit too scared to go back there again. The 2 stars are just for this one visit."
