"After going here many times over the years and seeing the reviews I feel the need to write an honest review. The drinks are definitely the high point here, no complaints at all. The food is a little pretentious though considering it's largely prepackaged, frozen, and overpriced. Places like this are renowned for having the classic 3 overpriced tacos with mango pico with prepackaged meat, I know it is prepackaged because we tried subbing and they told us they can't because it is in fact prepackaged meat and fish. I also tried the bacon jam burger this time which the bacon jam was extremely salty, the bleu cheese was a weird choice, and the bison burger had good natural flavor but clearly prepackaged as well. The salmon is also pretty bland for $20 dollars but everyone seems to overcharge for salmon so thats alright. Would recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich though as it is the best thing we've had there. With the food not being freshly made it shouldn't take as long as it does, we always come in around 11am on week days so they are never busy. Also the waitress we seem to always get is good with following up but could at least pretend that she is a tiny bit happy to be there."
