"Now for the downsides: I requested grilled onions on my burger, but they weren’t grilled. The overall taste was fine, but I do expect restaurants to get orders right. Additionally, the Italian soda and Spin drinks my daughter and son-in-law ordered weren’t prepared until they went back to the counter to ask about them. For some reason, the staff overlooked completing the full order, which was puzzling, especially since it was only moderately busy on a Thursday evening. While my son-in-law enjoyed his Orange Spin, my daughter lamented that Sonic’s Italian sodas are superior.
As for the mixed review: Initially, one of the chocolate-dipped cones was the medium size instead of the large that was ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff quickly prepared a large cone, which pleased that grandson as he now had one in each hand.
Returning to the positives: The servers were friendly and addressed the issues we raised promptly and without any negativity. Overall, we had a pleasant experience!"
