"I had a reservation for 9:30pm, but arrived at 9:35pm to find a long line. The waitress entered us into the system at 9:45, but we continued to wait standing. Whenever I inquired about being seated, I was told we were next or that we could sit outside for a fee of $400. This was a place I used to frequent and recommend to others, but I was extremely disappointed with the service. We finally got a table at 11:45pm, but by then I was ready to leave, as most other restaurants would have been closed. I will not be returning."
