"I wanted to like this spot-a winery in Long Beach! Our first interaction was with the “wine ambassador” trying to sell us on their monthly wine club; we hadn’t even tried anything, yet. Why would I purchase a monthly membership if I don’t know if I like something or not?!? Then you seat yourself, but only few tables were cleaned. The service was horrible. Multiple servers and kitchen staff attended to 1 table while the rest of us on the patio were left to fend for ourselves. I had to call over one of the servers who then told us that we should just go to the bar because it would take a while for her to get to us. It took forever for our food to arrive once we were able to order, with all of our food coming out at once instead of in courses. Then they forgot my husband’s pizzette, so that took another hour. It took us 2.5 hours to eat dinner. While we weren’t looking for a quick meal, this was exceptionally long."
