"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I called the day before my reservation to inquire about low carb options, the hostess abruptly hung up on me. On the day of my reservation, they had trouble finding it in their records and were unhelpful and rude despite having empty tables available. Even after I was able to make a reservation online for the desired time, the hostess remained suspicious and treated me poorly. To make matters worse, we spotted two mice running on the floor while we were eating our appetizers. When we informed the waitstaff, they nonchalantly mentioned that they were aware of the issue but couldn't do anything about it. We decided to leave and asked for the check, only to be charged for the food and drinks we had already consumed. The staff showed little concern for the situation and left us feeling disappointed. I will not be relying on Instagram reviews for restaurant choices again. This experience was truly distressing."
