"We used to like this place a lot, but service and food quality has gone WAY DOWN hill. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME FOR US TO COME. We came here for Happy Hour on a Wednesday evening. Business was very slow in here, we got seated around 6 mins waiting at the front, 1 table was about to leave. Basically only one server and one kitchen staff on duty. We were the only customer there to get seated. Happy Hour Menu was very limited, they cut down some options, the in house HH menu is not the same as the online version. We ordered 1 kids meal On the kids menu, kids meal includes a small milk or soda , it was never included. Staff charged us $1 extra for tots, on menu it said Sub Tots for free . Staff was unfamiliar of the HH Menu, basically everything we ordered from the HH menu, they billed us full price (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING). We ordered HH menu: Mango Habanero Wings, Fried Chicken Strips, Small Vanilla Shake (12oz). We received a bill, full price of those items. We have to tell the staff to correct it before we make payment (about $20 price difference). Ketchup bottle at our table was empty, we tried to get the next table ketchup, also empty. The third bottle of ketchup, when squeezing out the ketchup, there 's black stuff coming out mix with the sauce. I opened up to check the inside of the squeeze bottle, there 's BLACK MOLD!!!!!!!! It 's disgusting, definitely a health hazard. No offering to exchange for a new dish. Staff just took 20% off of the bill. 4% service charge was added on top of our bill (food, tax, 4%, tips), I wasn 't aware of it. With this kind of food quality and service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK, eat here at your own risk."
