The gyoza was perfectly fried, with a rich pork filling that blended well with the crispy dumpling shell. The side salad had a tasty sweet dressing that complemented the simple ingredients. The fluffy rice was perfectly cooked and well-prepped. The house-made teriyaki sauce was outstanding, with a 10/10 rating for its wood fire smoke profile.
