"11/22/23 The food here was absolutely delicious. My server was great but he was the only one working the entire restaurant with about 5 other staff members literally shuffling around the floor aimlessly, being beyond useless. They were like zombies I’ve never seen anything so frustrating. And the funny thing is, none of them made eye contact as to make sure you were ok so when one of them did shuffle by, they completely ignored every table- you would have had to yell excuse me at them to get their attention and no one should have to do that while dining out at this price point. Every customer today looked very frustrated. The food took forever as well. I did see what appeared to be a manager walk by once. I’ve worked in the service industry and this is just horrible management to have one poor server running his butt off with 5 useless people and an even more useless manager. I was by myself and what should have been a one hour lunch, tops, took 2. They need new management and new staff asap. Everyone except for the male server with pink hair, I didn’t catch his name. What a shame to have such horrible staff at such a delicious restaurant."
