"McDonagh's Pub is a great local pub for meeting neighbors, friends and coworkers for drinks and or food. Nights with live bands can get crowded, but always a fun atmosphere. Only thing we would like to see McDonagh's Pub change is to add a few more items on their menu for vegans. The only option here is a Beyond Burger. While it is a perfectly done burger, a few choices would be welcomed."

"Nice atmosphere. Our waiter Victor was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pizza which was OK, but what they called Alfredo Sauce was tasteless and watery. My companion ordered Salmon with polenta and cauliflower. The salmon was overcooked and there was no sauce of any kind to moisten the dry ingredients. Way too expensive for the disappointing food."

"I had gone to the Nordstom real to celebrate my birthday. We did have a good experience however I would say that the portion sizes are extremely small with the prices that the food is. "I was so excited to be staying at this 4 diamond resort! Let me start by saying that I am NOT an unseasoned traveler. I've traveled the world and know the level of comfort and luxury that comes with an upscale hotel or resort. That being said, this is the reason I booked this resort due to its stellar reputation as being one of Myrtle Beach's top luxury vacation spots. Sadly, what we were given as a room was beyond disappointing and disgusting. I was in shock. I was vacationing to relieve the stress of so many unfortunate events that have happened in my life lately and I didn't want to go through the stress of trying to get new accommodations, it was too much for me. There was also mold which precipitated the need for my travel partner to use her inhaler. I took photos of what is being touted as a 4 Diamond Resort. I don't know what the other rooms looked like but this is what we were given...see pictures (I could only post ten, but I have videos of wobbly tables, cracked sinks, years of accumulated dust and broken switches on lamps. I need David Nelson, the resort"s General Manager to contact me about room 5505. This was inexcusable."

"French onion soup was extremely salty with almost no cheese. Server forgot I ordered tacos and was MIA until he came back to ask if we wanted dessert. I mentioned that I never received the tacos I order. He apologized. When tacos arrived, the shells tasted stale and filling wasn’t hot. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food here until now."

"We were a group, and we sat on the balcony outside, as the weather was awesome. Service was very good and courteous, and we took a few dishes: the salads were really good, though, the protein choice (salmon) was on a smaller size, the French dip was very good, just a little salty, and the portabella mushroom ravioli was very good. Overall a very enjoyable visit! and we'll be back!"

"We have loved Ruscellos in the past. So, to see how far it's gone downhill was shocking. Our waitress appeared to be as high as a kite. We originally ordered teas and the buratta appetizer. She initially brought us the wrong drinks but got those corrected. After about 15 minutes, our appetizer arrived. The portion size of the appetizer filled the same plate it had in the past, but instead of the big ball of fresh burratta, it was mostly toast shrivled tomatoes and three skimpy pieces of store bought mozzarella. We then ordered two french dip sandwiches. We waited 30 minutes! Then the waitress came back over and asked if we were only having the burratta and were we ready for our check. We reminded her we hadn't gotten our sandwiches yet. And she says Oh! She leaves, types into the computer for a few minutes, and then goes into the kitchen. After 10 or 15 more minutes, I see her standing beside a fellow we can only assume at this point was the manager. She then pops over to our table and tells us the manager has zeroed out our bill, but we can still leave her a tip. Shocked, I asked what had happened and if she had change. She said... I can try to find some, and babbled something about why do we care why they didn't charge us. Then, my husband pulls out a ren and gives it to her. She looked at me and informed me that was what the tip should be. We had no intention of leaving that, but we decided to go because it wasn't worth any further interaction with her. The manager or our waitress never explained what happened to our sandwiches. I was beyond disappointed!"

"My daughter and I have a tradition of shopping at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and going to lunch at the Bazille. I made a reservation requesting a booth; they had one when we arrived. Yeah! Our service was great. We always have the Asian Ginger Salad and fries. The fries are delicious!! The salad was also great, but the chicken wasn't the same. It had an odd flavor. Nonetheless, I enjoyed our meal and look forward to next year."

"I arrived before my guests and asked the waitress to please give me a separate check. When I placed my order, I asked for iced tea with lemon on the side. The waitress brought ice on the side (there was no mention of ice) and lemon swimming in the tea. At the end of the meal, she handed one check to the male guest at the table. This was so embarrassing as I had ordered the most expensive item on the meal, for which I had intended to pay. The most important skills a waitress can have is listening. She did not!"

"Nordtrom's Cafe Bistro in the Cherry Creek Mall is a very good restaurant. The quality of the food rivals many of it's tony neighbors in Cherry Creek. So don't be put off by the fact that you have to pass though the women's lingerie department to get there. The menus are at the entrance, and you order and pay at the register before you sit down. But from that point on, it is a normal restaurant experience and a waiter will take your order and bring your food. I had a club sandwich that was pretty unique. It looked more like a regular sandwich, as it was between two pieces of bread, not three. But who needs more bread? Between the slices of bread were turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices and raw green beans. The beans gave the sandwich a nice crunch and a fresh taste that was welcome. It was served with really good fries and accompanied by an excellent tapenade/aoli. Give this place a try."

"I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Nordstrom Cafe recently. After shopping at Nordstrom for two hours, I arrived at the cafe at 6:20 PM, hoping to dine in. The server at the cash counter, Velona, informed me that only take-out was available, which I reluctantly accepted. However, just five minutes later, I witnessed two separate groups—a pair of girls and a family—ask for dine-in service. Both groups were promptly seated by Velona, even though I was told it wasn’t an option. When I approached Velona to address the discrepancy, she walked away. Thankfully, another server kindly offered me the option to dine in, but the damage was done. The fact that Velona refused to acknowledge her mistake only added to my frustration. What should I call this? Racism? Nationalism? As a loyal Nordstrom customer for the past 4-5 years, this experience has left me furious and questioning my continued support for the brand. Nordstrom, you can do better."

"Once we arrived, we were quickly seated and served our drinks and food. We both opted for the Bazille Burger, which came with fries and a Kalamata olive aioli, along with our drinks (all shown in the pictures). We ordered the burger well done, and despite being cooked through, it was beautifully seasoned and incredibly juicy! The burger was perfectly dressed with just the right amount of lettuce, sauce, sautéed onions, and more. Our server, Oscar, was exceptional and made sure we were well taken care of. We saved room for dessert and decided to try a warm cookie, and it was absolutely amazing! Oscar heated it up for us, and it was beyond delicious—I'd gladly buy a dozen of those cookies! Overall, the prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes of the food. I didn't feel like our meal was overpriced at all; we ordered everything you see in the pictures for under $60 (the bread was complimentary). If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit!"

"Didnt realize warm buns were on a request only basis. Waitress advised only when we asked for them because other tables had them. Why didnt she ask when she took our order for two salads. Waitress asked if we wanted dessert, we asked for the menu, she gave us the bill along with the dessert menu and said here 's the check in case you dont want dessert. Uh? Geez, we decided not to order since this was an indication she really didnt care what we wanted. I have waitress name but wont disclose it here. I would still return however because the ambiance is nice and casual. The salad nicoise was delicious. Receiving front desk was more than accommodating."

"This is my first time here, and despite getting bad service, I was pleasantly surprised, overall. it took a while for our waiter to greet us, but when he did, he was friendly and brought our drinks out right away. It was just my mom and I and we each placed an order for a cup of soup and an entrée. We were waiting forever and tables around us, who were seated after us, were getting their food. We finally flagged down another server and asked if we could get our soup. As soon as she brought out the soup our entrées came out, by someone other than our server. My tacos looked good but they were cold. When our server finally came to check on us we told him that we had to ask for our soup and my tacos were cold. He didn’t apologize but instead just made excuses. He also never refilled my coffee. $4 for one cup of luke warm coffee. The restaurant wasn’t too busy maybe about half full. I will definitely be going again as I did enjoy the ambience, the menu selections, and the food that we did get was very good."
