"I had and still have great hopes on this restaurant. but every time I dive, we sit for 15-20 minutes before we are greeted by a server. in a seemingly empty restaurant. I tried to use the doubt. but every time, my family sits without server, we are laboriously greeted and rushed through our order, as we sit waiting other tables are welcomed quickly and warm. a young man was so natural with us, never once greeted us after he had waited for 10 min for the table, he literally said the cute on the table, “are you ready?” but then was a coworker or friend sitting in his section and he spent his whole time talking to her about work and weekend plans. he welcomed all his other tables cordially and quickly. same happened tonight, we waited 20 min on our server, although she was friendly, it is hard to overlook how all her other tables were greeted within moments of being fed. in the past we were polite and respectful, tipp 20,% so I don't think I'm on the bad drinking money list. please talk to their servers about equal treatment, do not take from what they see that their tip will be subpar, so they give subpar service."
