"One of the orders was also incorrect. Instead of providing the Roma tomatoes I specifically requested, nothing was done. When I asked for the tomatoes in a bowl, the server stated that the manager wanted to prepare a whole new dish for me, which wasn't what I wanted at all. Had they simply asked me if I preferred a new calzone, I would have declined and insisted on the tomatoes I ordered. It’s crucial to listen to customers.
The wait for the bill was frustratingly long, and the time it took to process my credit card was even longer. While the correctly made entrée was enjoyable, the server's numerous oversights made it hard to appreciate the meal fully.
When I left, the server took pride in giving me a free calzone, claiming it was the one I ordered. I opened it the next day before eating, only to find it was filled with about 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, which I’m highly allergic to due to the oil they’re packed in. I ended up having to throw it away. Seriously, please listen to your customers!"
