"West-O bottle shop is a professional and warm environment. The layout and location of all the merchandise is intuitive yet elegantly displayed. The staff have provided me nothing less than perfection from their knowledge of the layout, to always greeting me with warm smiles. I have never felt as just a customer but borderline family. I have nothing but great reviews for the entire staff. One that comes to mind is Phil. He is a wealth of knowledge on bourbon and whiskey and has never given me a recommendation I didn’t like. He has always gone above and beyond to to make sure I’m taken care of and have a seamless experience. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to shop here in the future."
