"I really enjoy this spot for a quick sandwich. During lunchtime, they offer a complimentary chocolate chip cookie with any lunch purchase. Their sandwiches are priced at $8.45, which makes the combination of a full sandwich and a cookie a great deal. The wait is never too long, even when there are lines out the door, because they prepare those sandwiches quickly. My favorite is the Burnside Turkey Bacon."

"The restaurant was conveniently located just a three-minute walk from my hotel. It was a bit tricky to find at first, but I discovered that it is inside the Liz Moore building, with the entrance facing the SunTrust building. I enjoyed a delicious grilled ham, brie, and apple sandwich, accompanied by a fresh side salad topped with feta, cranberries, and almonds. I couldn’t resist buying a loaf of pumpkin bread to take home, and Momo’s Mama was absolutely right—it’s fantastic! I will definitely visit this place again when I'm back in town."

"This place is absolutely fabulous. My only hint would be that there are not enough locations and that the store is not open later at night. But I will order from here from time to time because the quality is so high and the price is affordable. I'm from the east coast, and I get nostalgic for the sandwiches there. This scares not only the feeling, but also all the fast food from the water. Seriously, everyone takes his own take on the chicken sandwich, and Lola is one of the best."

"I stopped by for lunch after picking up my husband from the airport. I really appreciated that they have their own parking lot, as I'm not a fan of street parking. You order at the counter and then your food is brought to the table. There was plenty of seating available, with small clusters of tables and stools. The servers were very friendly, and the food arrived quickly! I ordered the half chicken – the first few bites were spicier than I expected, but overall it was delicious. It came with rice and a side salad, both of which complemented the chicken nicely. My husband tried the Del Mar Burrito with shrimp and enjoyed it as well. And definitely don’t miss their chips and salsa!"

"This is my place for wings. You cannot beat the price and the wings are fleshy and very tasty. I ordered 3 dozen wings on a busy Friday night and they still had my order in 30 minutes. When I picked up, I was waiting for a few minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this place (it is less expensive and I had WAY better service than the Richmond Rd location). "Only rating 2 stars because I really like napolis, but I called in for a pickup order this evening and ordered a baked spaghetti with cheese. I’ve made this same order here many times and said exactly that, and the employee would confirm I meant provolone. Tonight when I said that, there was no clarification from her end. It wasn’t until I drove home that I realized my spaghetti had no cheese on it, but Parmesan packets on the side. Really was not a big deal, I figure just a misunderstanding. However when I called the restaurant to explain to a presumable manager that had happened looking for a resolution, she told me that the employee on the phone DID confirm those specifications without a doubt, acted as if I was the one who somehow messed up my order, although I’ve made this exact order countless times. Truly felt like a misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved but instead I felt like I was being accused of being a liar without actually saying it."

"I think it’s time to close up shop for the Ghengis Grill here in Od, TX. When you walk in, you have to play a guessing game whether they’re open or someone left the doors unlocked. And after you go to the back to find a worker, you get to sit there for at least 30 min and regret walking through those doors.(Side note: If you are thirsty, make sure to bring water because they are out of almost everything). After paying and waiting some more, go up to the kitchen and remind them that you’re a paying customer. The three meals that I ordered were all wrong. One was missing numerous ingredients that I ordered, one had ingredients that I asked to be left out and last but not least, the “large” order that had been ordered came in the same exact container as the two “regular” but seemed to have less than both of them and was burnt. Workers were cool, but place is under-staffed and under-managed. Would give 0-stars if possible. Save your money and your time."
