"If I could give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. The first employee at the drive-thru was distracted, picking at her fingers, and then attempted to prepare my drink. After that, I spoke with the manager, Paige, who seemed unprofessional and was laughing. When I pulled up to receive my food, it was incorrect, despite the employee assuring me it was right. I chose the drive-thru specifically so I wouldn’t have to leave my car, but I had to get my burgers corrected. Paige told me that if I wanted them fixed, I needed to come inside. I went in, only to be treated disrespectfully. Paige loudly announced to the cooks that I needed my burgers fixed. I approached her and explained that I wanted not just the correct cheese on my old burgers but also fresh ones. After that, I went back to my car and waited for someone to bring me my food. I work in the food industry, so I understand the desire to leave at 9 PM instead of 10 PM when closing, but that doesn’t excuse the poor service I experienced."
