Since we have a good sense of humor, we were okay with having the situation fixed and would have even shared a laugh about it. At the very least, admitting the mistake and offering a decent discount would have been appreciated. The woman didn't even know what color maroon was.They didn't provide any suitable alternatives or a significant discount for their mistake. We ended up paying the full price (literally)."
