"I went to the restaurant at 8:30, thinking I could grab a simple burger before they closed at 9:30. However, they informed me that they had stopped taking orders. One staff member said that their service system was down, which seemed like a poor excuse. It was as if he couldn't even jot my order down on a piece of paper and relay it to the cook. When I approached the staff, they just stared at me and then went to the back, leaving me to deal with one employee who looked overwhelmed and reluctant to help. It was a disappointing experience, especially since it was my first time dining there. The service was terrible."
