"Now, onto the not-so-good aspects. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold. As a tourist, I couldn't help but wonder if it was one of the first pizzas made for a large order, or perhaps the last one delivered. Another possibility is that the delivery person took a long time to get to me. Despite this, the delivery person was friendly and seemed a bit shy, which I found endearing. Overall, the cold pizza didn't bother me too much as I was extremely hungry and couldn't wait to dig in. If this place were closer to me, I would definitely make it my regular spot for pizza."

"We ordered hoagies and a wrap last Sunday. The food was decent, but my daughter found a large bone in her chicken wrap. I attempted to call an hour before their posted closing time, but there was no answer despite multiple attempts. I also sent an email that evening but received no response. "Update: Emailed customer support. They were quick to respond and took my complaint seriously. I changed my star rating because the service I received from the customer support and I feel confident that this will be handled internally. Horrible service. We were told at 8:30pm when the place doesn't close until 9pm that the grill was off and could not get a shrimp burrito. Meanwhile the guy JOHNNY who CLAIMED TO BE the manager when he was just a regular employee was grilling food for himself!!! He was very rude and unprofessional and clearly LIED about his position. Only to find out from corporate he is NOT a manager at all! Will not be back and will be sure to let all my friends and family know!! Shame on you Doug for allowing your employees to treat your customers like this!"

"I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience has been quite different. I absolutely love Dirko's, as well as every other location, including Johnstown and Mount Vernon. The service is consistently excellent; the staff is friendly and quick, making the ordering process easy. My food has always been ready ahead of schedule and is always fresh! The prices are incredible for the quality of food you receive. The portions are generous, so you definitely get more than what you pay for. The garlic bread and Stromboli are my personal favorites!"

"I placed an order on Friday at 4:55 PM, and they told me it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery. By 6:15 PM, I called to check on the status of my pizza. Initially, they seemed to dispute the order, but eventually, I was informed by the driver that he returned with the pizza because he couldn't find my address. I agreed to have another pizza made and delivered. The representative also mentioned that I would receive a credit for the inconvenience. About 45 minutes later, the new pizza arrived. The driver was very nice, but when he presented the bill of $20.50, I informed him that I had already paid with my debit card when I placed the order, and the amount had already been deducted. I asked him to reach out to me later that evening regarding the payment issue, but I never received a call back. While the pizza itself was good—I think it was the original one—I was left feeling frustrated. Overall, I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"We went in and there was one person waiting for food, ordered ours which took awhile and another person came in to pick up a grubhub order which was all messed up I don't even know what happened there. We ordered to go. Our food came out good after the long wait and fry portions are good for the large more than enough for my boyfriend and I.They charge to use ANY cards, which there is ZERO sign for. And the guy who rang us out did not mention any fees. It was $1 but that seriously adds up. I get a credit card fee, but why charge on bank cards? Would have paid cash otherwise. The kid couldn't answer the question but gave us the managers card.Atmosphere was ehh. They had womens wrestling on tv when we went it I'm okay with it personally, but some other families may not be."

Belly Busters reminded of two greats classic t.v. shows created by Stephen J. Canell, producer by Frank Lupo, theme music song by both Mike Post Pete Carpenter of 'The Greatest American Hero: season 2, episode 20: Captain Belly Buster And The Speed Factory ' 'The A Team: season 1, episode 12: Till Death Do Us Part ' between them both two episodes had the commonly knowlege about Hamburger Heaven Captain Belly Buster. Every time I watch both of them two different episodes of them two differently t.v. shows, it reminds me of wanting to go to eat there 'especially because of them deliciously nutritiously hamburgers that they cook, make prepare. "Wow wow WOW! Soba may look unassuming on the outside, but it is full of amazing fresh flavor! My friend and I visited last night after a day at Cedar Point, and let me just say, if you enjoy asian cuisine please stop by Soba. I had pork belly with traditional noodles. the pork was so tender and the veggies and noodles were fresh and tasty! the staff was super friendly and overall it was a great experience!!! 10/10"
