"Great location in Stapleton not too far from Denver with plenty of free parking spaces around. The restaurant is a little hidden around the far corner but is still central from the main square. They did an amazing job with the interior design and table spacing. The menu had a wide variety of rich and tasteful Asian-fusion cuisine. The wine and drinks selection are plenty to choose from. Our server was very attentive with our needs. We were surprised that the manager didnât stop by at our table to say hi and to check up on how is everything. Otherwise, every staff members were friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a wonderful time dining at Cholon Restaurant overall. We would definitely come back for special occasions."
