"We've been going here for years, but unfortunately there's been a number of recent changes that just don't make it worth it. We don't live nearby so we would always take a cooler, buy a bunch of stuff, and freeze it when we got home. I completely understand that they need to discontinue items that are not popular (e.g., cosmic cake One of the best desserts in the city if you ask us) but some of the new replacements are really not that great. For example, flourless chocolate cake. Usually that is an extremely decadent, rich, fudgie cake. They have is about 2 inches of kind of flavorless whipped cream on top of an overly sweet chocolate cake. Last time we were there it took 20 minutes to get a slice of cake when they were not busy (in fact, there was four women in the serving area apparently there was only one person who could cut cake and none of these others were allowed to which doesn't make a lot of sense if you ask me). And that kind of summarizes it and why we will l stop going."
