"I will NEVER eat here again. I used to love Panera, but the quality of food has dropped pitifully and the staff in most locations are loud, obnoxious children. The dining experience sucks all the way around. Though the staff here is a little morerespectable than most locations. I ordered a salad with chicken and it had disgusting greasy black crispy lumps in it, about thesize of Jumbo black olives or larger! Right on top! One looked almost like a fried bug. Not kidding. The girl at the grillreplaced the salad, and this time both the chicken AND the lettuce were inedible. Both items tasted like they had been storeduncovered in a refrigerator with smelly foods. I ate the baguette, threw out the second salad and left. Each time I visit aPanera anywhere these last 2-3 years, I am disappointed: either in the poor behavior of the untrained staff (loudly guffawingand yukking it up just like they?re outside on recess , the lower quality of the food (remember the ?clean food? ads? NO MORE! ,or the general atmosphere. No more classical music- now it?s fast-pace music so you don?t want to stay as long. MUSIC TOOLOUD! Yep. Panera officially SUCKS as a restaurant chain now. Not recommended. This place especially!"

"Had lunch here with a colleague who recommended the Cowboy sandwich, and I added provolone cheese. The sandwich was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sandwich was a bit messy and I had to rearrange the ingredients to eat it. However, it was during the busy lunch rush, and they were very busy. Overall, a great experience!"

"My issue isn’t with the food because the sandwich was fine. I ordered online so I didn’t have to haul my infant daughter into the store in her carrier while it’s cold. On the side of the building in the window is a big sign stating, “ Curbside pickup: upon arrival call (insert stores telephone number).” When I arrived I called and a woman answered. I told her I was here for my curbside pick up. She then ask if I can come inside the establishment. I said “No, i have my infant in the backseat.” At this point she says in an annoyed tone “I guess I’ll get someone out there.” A young man comes out and proceeds to tell me “Normally we don’t do curbside pick up and you’ll have to come in next time.” I looked at him puzzled and said, “well what about the sign in your window as I pointed to it.” He replies, “oh I guess I’ve never really noticed that before.” Moral of my review is if you don’t offer something take your sign down so people aren’t confused. It was really just an annoying situation."

"I had a nice experience at the restaurant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The display case for the scrumptious candy was not well-maintained, and the lack of labels made it less inviting to order from. While your menu is extensive and very enticing, the food itself didn’t quite live up to expectations. The prepackaged avocado in my omelet was disappointing, especially for a local establishment that I expected to have fresh ingredients. I think it detracted from my enjoyment of the dish. I appreciate that the restaurant might be trying to save costs, but I would have preferred to see fresh avocado as a part of my meal rather than a prepackaged version. Perhaps it could be offered as a special when ripe avocados are available, rather than being a standard item on the menu. Despite these issues, I’m willing to give it another shot. The desserts seemed popular, and the overall vibe of the place was enjoyable enough to warrant a return visit."

"Nice little eatery downtown! I stopped here for lunch today and the food was very tasty! The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay 65 cent to add onion or other veggies on the wrap. I paid it because I really wanted it but geeesh! The owner's son was very nice and gave great recommendations and he even gave me a ranch since I had already paid 65 cent for onions. I went with the blackened chicken sandwich and asked for it in a wrap. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return!"

"Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and overall it was a decent experience. The tomato basil soup was excellent, while the Cali Grill sandwich was just okay. One half of the sandwich was nicely packed with filling, but the other half seemed hastily put together and lacked substance, though it was still tasty. Finding good vegetarian options can be challenging, but this place has a solid selection. The iced tea, however, was a bit bitter. I requested extra ice, but instead received it without any ice at all, likely because the brew was hot when poured and the ice melted quickly, leaving me with lukewarm tea instead of refreshing iced tea. Despite some drawbacks, I will definitely return, as there are many other tempting items on the menu that I want to try."

"I had a delightful breakfast at this restaurant. The steel-cut oatmeal was hearty and satisfying, perfect to fuel my day. The coffee was nice and smooth, adding to the experience. I also enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast sandwich. There's free Wi-Fi, which is a nice bonus. "A few things stood out on our visit to Roman’s. We had a table outside and a dog with us. The staff was courteous and attentive. They cleared tables as soon as people left. We had the Chicken Caprese Italian with pasta salad potato salad. Everything was very fresh and high quality. We’ll definitely go back! Oh, and I think they were the only business downtown that didn’t scrutinize shoppers who need a bathroom. Management gets it."

"I've been visiting Philly for business for the past ten years...minus the pandemic. I stop into this place a few times a week to grab coffee and breakfast on my way into the office. This is my first time back in Philly in three years, and I was so glad to see a familiar face at the Corner Bakery. Wendell has always been friendly and helpful, and he has a great attitude, something that is often missing in the service industry. There is no Corner Bakery where I live, so this is my first time getting my favorite breakfast here, overnight Swiss oats, and hazelnut coffee."

"My wife and I both chose the pick 2 option, which came with a panini and a bowl of chicken soup for her, and a broccoli and cheddar soup for me. The panini was quite delicious, but the soups were pretty average. We also took home two mini Bundt cakes, two lemon bars, and some brownie bites. Looking back, we wish we hadn’t ordered so much since most of it was just mediocre."

"Bought 2 cappuccinos, an egg bowl and oatmeal early morning. I got one large cappuccino for myself and a small for my boyfriend, everything was amazing- the food was alright (though it was called Bacon Avocado Egg Bowl there was not a lot of bacon and more of tomatoes) but my boyfriend said the oatmeal didn 't taste fresh.The problem we had was that my large cappuccino had the same amount as my boyfriend 's small cup. I noticed this when I set the cups on the table, mine was relatively light compared to my boyfriend 's small cup. I opened it and dug the foam to the side to see how much liquid there is and to my surprise it was basically the same amount as a small. In reference, mine [large] was halfway full while the small cup is filled close to the brim.We complained and was told that that 's how a cappuccino is, gave us the cup back with more foam. We didn 't argue anymore and just dealt with it. Wouldn 't recommend getting a larger size drink here."

When I visited, the place was bustling, but despite the crowds, they managed to serve orders promptly, ensuring that the food arrived hot. "Food from the fuel was great, music was wonderful my only problem if I had to pick one would be the bartender I got who when I asked for my drink (B52) she gave me a nasty look and said with sort of an attitude what's that? "Great food, great staff, in a loud, loud madding environment. They have metal chairs that attract customers employees and bang on the cement floor. You cannot move the chair by sounding like nails on a chalkboard. There is nothing to record the sound with the cement floor, large glass windows and a high metal ceiling. Most restaurants have stylish noise absorbing panels on the walls. New quiet chairs and sound absorbing panels are all right. Well, management reads these reviews, and I'm glad to say old loud metal has been replaced by quiet and comfortable new chairs. Amazing and Pleasant Difference--Thank you"
