"While I waited, another customer returned to say he was missing an item from his order, and a different customer was on the phone with one of the two waitresses to complain about being charged for something he never received. At this point, it was clear that the service wasn't up to par—possibly due to being short-staffed.
Eventually, I did receive my order, and the pizzas were quite tasty. However, the chicken mac had too much chicken and not enough "mac," which was disappointing. The sausage and pepper dish was heavy on the sausage but light on the peppers, which is the opposite of what one would expect.
Overall, I would give their pizza a solid B, but the mac dishes definitely need improvement. The service that night was not acceptable. We’re willing to give it another try, now with clearer expectations."
