"Take out order was complete mess. Food soggy. Pizza stacked on top of each other jammed in to go big made for a mushy pizza sandwich. No lid on appetizer, which I think is how rest of food and take out bag got saturated. The kicker here is in trying to make things better for the next person, I dm’d this place to give them feedback so I didn’t have to resort to a bad review. I don’t want free meal during next visit or any of that handout fix. I only want a piece of mind that my review will better the next person. Their GM asked for my contact to reach out to me….crickets. I responded several times and still no response. It is clear they (he/she) doesn’t value my experience enough to better their product and service. I’m hoping this GM will figure out customer service and represent the owners better in the future."

"Went for the Valentine’s Day buffet. Crab was rarely available on the line. The prime rib slices were a joke. To top it all off the dessert was still frozen. Pretty bad all around which surprised me because I like Jakers. The lobster bisque was delicious as usual. I would generally recommend Jakers to a friend but if asked about the Valentine’s Day buffet I would not."

"I have to say that something has changed with Jakers. the food is excellent but the quantities and supporting sides are smaller or non existent. I still love this place but the management seems to be complacent that they are providing the same experience a before IT HAS CHANGED and not in a good way.IE ordered a chicken dish and all that came was the chicken on a vey small bed of rice(hardly anything) the chicken was bigger than the rice bed. our friends had differant dish (steak) and the pasta that came with it you could hold it in the palm of your hand (very small ammount of sides) we mentioned to the GM of the restaurant and it seemed that he really did not care with any true compassion to the situation. Just wanted to share this to see if the managemet group of Jakers is aware of the changes?? I will be back again as I love the restaurant but wanted to make executives aware that there is some changes that are a genuine concern to our experience versus the previous times we have been there"

"Not sure what has happened at this location but it isn't what it used to be. We went for a birthday party and arrived a little early so decided to have drinks at the bar. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Once the rest of our party arrived we all ordered and out of 5 dishes the guy that had the fish and chips was the only person happy with the food. The coconut shrimp app was definitely not worth $16 for 4 pieces of small shrimp. The seared ahi salad wasn't seared at all and was basically looked like an after thought on the dish. The service at the table was very good and he took great care of us. It's just hit and miss now as to what you are going to get here. Not worth the risk to pay so much for mediocre food."
