"I tried the Tsingtao beer, which I’d rate 5/5—it's like a smooth, crisp Chinese Heineken. Even though I usually prefer dark beers and stouts, this could easily become a favorite. The dumplings are also exceptional; I give them a 5/5 for being fresh, perfectly portioned, and delicious. The accompanying sauce has a wonderfully rich umami flavor that you won't be able to resist.
Next, I had the Hot Pepper Chicken (extra spicy), recommended by my server, who mentioned it was one of his favorites. I also rate this 5/5. It was spicy and juicy, with the onions still having a nice crunch, and the peppers were well-balanced, not overwhelming.
The fried rice was another highlight—5/5 for being fluffy, well-seasoned, and slightly sticky without being oily.
Overall, for a dine-in dinner, I spent around $20–30 per person. Everything was impressive: the food, the service, and the atmosphere, all earning a solid 5 out of 5."
