"Decent food overall — although the spicy wontons reminded us of Frank's RedHot sauce. The staff seemed a bit awkward, and the atmosphere was chaotic with broken plates and various issues. On the plus side, it’s conveniently located right off Times Square and the prices aren't overly steep. The salt and pepper squid was delicious, the beef pho was excellent, and the shrimp vermicelli was also quite good."
