"It's been years since I've reviewed Reginelli's and my feelings haven't changed. I'm still impressed. I'm impressed with all they have to offer. The food is delicious and always fresh and made with what seem to be high quality ingredients. The service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is what I'm looking for in a pizza joint casual and upbeat. Today I showed up looking like Quasimodo due to an eye issue, so I decided to eat alone and hide away in a booth. Normally I wouldn't ask for a booth for just myself, but there were 2 available and lunch was coming to a close. My server, Christian was super accommodating and made me feel comfortable with my ask, He was friendly and on top of his game. He knew the menu and specials, which helped make my decisions easy the mushroom and Brie soup and an Ancona Caesar. The soup was awesome! It was rich, creamy, hearty and filling, and was served piping hot. The Ancona Caesar was fresh and so tasty. There were cards on the table with photos of some of their Mardi Gras offerings. I promise I'll be back for the cocktail. It looks like something that I just need in my life."

"I ordered delivery through their website but never received my order or any communication beyond the initial confirmation email. I placed my order at 7:07 PM, and the email estimated a 45-minute delivery time. By 8:45 PM, I still hadn't received a delivery, a phone call, or any follow-up email. I tried calling the restaurant twice, but no one picked up; my call just rang until an automated message informed me that the call couldn't be completed. I plan to call again tomorrow to speak with a manager about getting a refund, or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company once it posts. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unless something truly catastrophic happened at the restaurant, there’s no excuse for this level of service. I wouldn't recommend supporting a business that doesn’t take care of its customers."

"The restaurant has tremendous potential. As a discerning diner, especially when a place specializes in a particular cuisine, I expect to be truly impressed. The physical space and location exceeded my expectations, but the food, service, and professionalism of the staff fell short. This was my first visit, and I'm willing to give it a few more tries to find that sweet spot that should have been apparent from the start. I'd rate the execution a C, as it just needs basic management oversight and training for the staff. Providing a casual uniform could also help reinforce the branding and team spirit. I truly hope to be pleasantly surprised on my next visit, which I'm planning for early August! As for parking, there's plenty of secure space available in a lovely corner spot within a high-end shopping complex. Cheers!"

"The service was excellent and prompt when I picked up my order. However, as I grabbed my pepperoni pizza, it felt surprisingly light in the box. When I got home and opened it, I noticed that the pizza had very little cheese, just sauce and pepperoni. It felt more like a bread pizza! I was really hoping for a great experience, as I’ve always thought of Reginelli’s as a place serving quality pies. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time."

"I usually really enjoy eating at Reginelli's. I've been to several locations. However, the service was slow and the food wasn't the greatest. It took our server a while to get to us, and she wasn't very attentive. We both ordered shrimp dishes, one pizza and one pasta, but unfortunately none of the shrimp were deveined. "Reginellis in Kenner is my all-time favorite restaurant! Every time I eat there (and I've been going for many years), the food is always outstanding. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is consistently polite and efficient, particularly the owners! Their pizzas are exceptional, made with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. I highly recommend Reginellis in Kenner to everyone, especially those who love pizza, pasta, and salads! For a quick lunch, my go-to is the Caesar salad paired with tomato basil soup."

"The wait time was a little lengthy due to the game but the hostess Gabby was Amazing, she checked on us and got us seated as soon as a table was available…got our drinks started with our waitress. "I stumbled upon this restaurant while driving from New Orleans to Texas, searching for a breakfast or lunch spot, and I couldn't have been luckier. Reginelli's turned out to be a fantastic find! I started with their cheese biscuits, which came with sugar and smoked-flavored butters, along with some delicious grilled jalapeño peppers. They offered a brunch menu, and the ham and veggie frittatas caught my eye as a great choice. The frittatas were served with more biscuits, and by this point, I was hooked—I simply had to order another round for the road. I can't wait to return and explore their pizza menu as well as try out different types of hummus. I'm also on the lookout for other Reginelli's locations around New Orleans."

"Several years ago, I visited this restaurant to pick up a pizza after a long shift at work, where I was a security officer in full uniform. The young waitress, a college student, chose that moment to criticize me for my uniform, claiming she "doesn't like guns."
