"Really unique style inside and has a cozy feel to it. They've got a bar, pool table and newer style juke box. I've only been in the restaurant portion, not the hotel so I can't speak for that yet but the food was excellent. So far I've had the boneless wings and burgers and they were both excellent! They also have a good selection of beer. They stay open later than a lot of places nearby so it's a good spot to go if you're a night owl."

"We started with the lychee blossom martini and a double Jameson on the rocks—both drinks were delicious and well-crafted. For our appetizer, we chose the Explorador, which featured an assortment of calamari, empanadas, croquettes, and fried plantains. Everything was so tasty that we couldn’t resist finishing it all! For the main course, I ordered the Paella Marinera, while my husband opted for the Parillada Argentina. Both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The seafood was fresh, and everything was served piping hot. For dessert, the staff discovered we were celebrating our anniversary and personalized our dessert, which was a really nice touch. Thank you for that! This restaurant is a fantastic choice for any celebration, and I can’t wait to return to try their brunch!"

"We ventured here after a family Christmas a few miles away. I have a big family and only a small group of us wanted to do dinner after. (Party of 13!! . I gave them a call at 6pm on a Saturday and told them we were on the way. They had a big table almost ready for us when we arrived! The host management staff are rockstars! Thanks again! Our server was also amazing. He was a little crabby at first (maybe focused stressed having a big group and his area? and warmed up and did a great job with multiple tickets and drink food orders. Drink: they have an interesting drink menu. Many of the specialty cocktails were creative. I wanted the Rose mule and my other half got the passionfruit Mojito. They both were tasty and went down fast. Food: we shared a few things. Chicken strips: these were tasty and had a nice crisp breading with tender chicken inside. The bbq sauce had a nice smokiness. You could tell it was made well. Cheese Grits: under cooked and no flavor. I was raised on grits and I think it was the main chefs night off. They tasted like flour. I mentioned this to the server and he said oh... everyone loves them but didn 't do anything or ask if we wanted to swap for something else. Mac and Cheese Balls: these were tasty and gooey cheesy. Everything I was hoping for. There was a vinegary dipping sauce that added a ton of flavor. We tried the fried catfish and it wasn 't my favorite. It was a thicker cut and felt crispy and mushy inside. My mom loved them! My teen got a burger and fries and those fries were super yummy. She scarfed the burger so I 'm sure it was good! This was a perfect spot to find something for everyone without being super adventurous but still foodie. We will plan to come back here next year too! Thanks again to the staff for making our night better."

"Great place for hosting events, they had loads of FREE semi-secluded spaces for any size or kind of event! The staff were great to work with- Shelley and Elise were truly accommodating after an accidental miscommunication yielded more food than we expected. The board room had A/V capabilities which made our event a success. The tavern is centrally located downtown near Coors Field with a solid amount of affordable parking nearby. If you’re looking for a casual meeting place, this is a great choice!"

"Sage is the best. We are so happy that they are open again after the post 'rona virus rediculousness. Their salads are ALWAYS fresh (which is unfortunately hard to find at most restaurants). The bread is fresh made and they make sandwiches with generous slices of their homemade bread. "I’m willing to give this restaurant another chance due to the positive reviews I’ve seen. However, my first visit was quite disappointing. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, and it turned out to be extremely greasy. The bread was saturated with grease, making it inedible for me. The chips were decent, but they too were soaked in grease, and I could only manage to eat a couple. The sandwich was cut in half, but I could only make it through half of that portion. Did I mention it was greasy? Unfortunately, that half didn't taste good at all. I’ll update this review after my next visit. On a positive note, the atmosphere was nice."

"On Oct 7 we had a family wedding reception for our daughter. Catie Deb were very easy to work with. We picked the menu we wanted -open bar and they even took care of getting the cake of our choice and color table cloths/napkins. Our guests enjoyed a wonderful meal, excellent service-which included drinks delivered to their table. The cost was very reasonable. Rustic and stone railroad theme. Staff very friendly . "We ordered a pizza from our motel room and were told it would take 25 minutes. After waiting an hour, we called to check on it and were told it would arrive in a few more minutes. A total of 75 minutes after our initial call, our pizza was finally delivered. There was no discount offered and no apology for the delay. To top it off, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever had, with a streaky crust that was just terrible."
