"The experience met my expectations, and I believe it will improve as certain details are refined. The Philly Fries are large enough to be saucy enough to package individually. If you’re going for Styrofoam, it certainly keeps everything else clean. The Catfish Combo comes with only one side option; I'd recommend dropping the mandatory $1 upcharge and either renaming it to “Catfish with an Amazing Mountain of Okra” or providing more side choices. If I'm paying $3 for a third piece of fish, I expect to receive it. I didn’t report to DoorDash because I've noticed that if something gets left out or isn't up to par, they often shame you for it, making it feel like you're trying to take advantage. I simply want to receive what I paid for. Just a heads up: I received only 2 pieces of fish instead of 3. I’d also suggest having the full menu available for individual orders for those who aren’t ordering wings. Currently, options like the Philly Cheesesteak, burger, and shrimp are only available if you order the wings. Overall, everything was good; these are just some constructive suggestions!"
