"On October 4th, I witnessed a manager verbally attack a delivery driver simply for refusing to sign an invoice. Tim Cavanaugh threatened the driver and even called the police, all while families and other employees watched in shock. I can't understand how the delivery driver was able to stay calm in such a troubling situation. The other employees and patrons were just spectators; while it wasn't their responsibility to intervene, the entire scene was genuinely distressing. To the delivery driver: If you happen to see this message, I truly hope you never have to face such an unpleasant client again."
