"They make their pasta in-house, and it's excellent. Their gluten-free pizza crust is quite remarkable—thin with just the right balance of softness and crunch. The cheese pizza was fantastic during my first visit, but during my second, I tried the Mediterranean pizza, which features lamb sausage and peppers. However, they really need to be more generous with the toppings. I found myself consolidating the sparse bits of sausage across a few slices, while the rest was simply cheese pizza. The two slices with toppings were delicious, showcasing a wonderful combination of flavors, but unfortunately, there just weren't enough toppings for the entire pizza.
This feedback primarily pertains to the pizzas; the rest of the menu (I've tried several appetizers and pastas over my visits) is quite good! The desserts are also impressive; I had the cheesecake on a stick. I'm not quite sure why it has to be on a stick or why it’s so large, but it tasted great.
Lastly, while the staff has always been friendly, they haven't always been attentive. Aside from one employee, many seemed disengaged, often distracted by their phones, which comes across as unprofessional and leads to oversights. I genuinely hope to see improvements in the future, as this place has the potential to be fantastic! I also hope I won't have to lower my rating down the line."
