"The dining area was beautifully appointed, with high ceiling and lavish (faux) floral arrangements, but still maintaining a feeling of informality. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were headed for a lecture at the Guggenheim after dinner, and our plates appeared quite rapidly, without any special prompting, so I assume they are used to a pre-concert or other event crowd. The menu had a number of interesting choices and they were responsive to a number of special requests on the items we ordered, without any delay in service. Prices seemed a little steep, but perhaps that's just because I've become used to dining out in Westchester these days. There were not a lot of other diners there on a Sunday evening, but I understand it can be quite crowded for Sunday brunch."
