You can really tell the owner about the setting of the right people for every job because they all obviously have a lot of pride on the work they have done and give every customer the best possible experience. We ordered the braided short ribs divided the Dungeness crab cake as starter. Both were the kind of dishes you just send in the beautiful blue sky, swimming like a cloud with a huge smile on your face. (The braided short ribs were so delicate, you could eat them with only one fork. Culinary excellence! We will definitely come back. several times if possible!?????
