"First time coming here and we loved it! The place is HUGE and the atmosphere is very authentic. I love the decorations and setup. It's clean and very roomy. The menu has almost everything that we were looking for in a Thai restaurant. We love authentic thai food and one of our favorites is Ladna. We called ahead to check if they do serve it because not all do. It's a more complicated dish and longer to prepare according to a Thai friend. So when they said they do, we immediately came and tried it. We ordered chicken satay (4 chicken on skewer) which was amazing . And then beef ladna and chicken pad thai. Both were amazing! We went ahead with a medium spice which is actually super spicy! Lol we were warned by our server and still ordered medium spice. Ladna was on point and the serving is a lot! Love the broth and everything! It has this grill aroma and essence that we just couldn't get enough of. The padthai was amazing as well. Love love it and will come back soon!"

Although I moved from Syracuse a few years ago, I always make it a point to visit MaiLan whenever I’m back in town. I've tried numerous other Vietnamese restaurants, but none match the freshness and flavor that this delightful little spot offers."

"We had a great time at this restaurant! I really appreciate that it's a small family-owned business. My daughter and I stopped by this evening and noticed that our ice creams had different textures. Hers was smooth while mine was a bit crumbly, but it didn’t matter since it became smoother as it melted. I'm usually a fan of soft serve, but I still enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning! My daughter was excited to tell her dad about this place because it’s right up his alley. She ordered the butter pecan, and I got the cookies and cream. I initially expected it to be made with Oreo cookies, but it turned out to be with vanilla cookies, which was a pleasant surprise. I actually liked it better than the typical chocolate cookies and cream!"
